Location near the seafront and shopping precinct makes it convenient for exploring. Unique cozy rooms emphasize a quirky charm that stands out from typical hotels.
The mattress in my room slanted heavily, resulting in a terrible night’s sleep as the springs dug in. Parking is a hassle. the on-site lot filled by 4 PM, forcing me to search for street parking for over 30 minutes. The front door was locked upon arrival, requiring a frustrating search for a key box in the rain with no clear communication beforehand. Room size is tight—en-suite shower room felt almost claustrophobic, lacking adequate space for comfort. Additional noise from slamming doors was bothersome during the night.

Be sure to ask about parking options upon arrival, as limited spaces can be tricky to navigate.

we stayed last night n were totally delighted with our room. the location is just fab, only 5 mins to the beach and loads of nice restaurants nearby. our room was super clean n had comfy beds with lovely fresh sheets. the little touches like cookies n chocolate in the room were awsome. the reception lady was really friendly too.
the wifi didn't work for me, but i didn't ask about it since i was there only for a night. also, the bathroom was super small and i didn't like that i had to share it.

Great location and comfy bed made my stay delightful! The thick curtains kept the morning light at bay, perfect for a late snooze.
My back woke up thinking it was in a medieval torture device—might need a miracle to feel better! And good luck if you fancy a bath, it's a shower-only affair.

It was a smart choice for a city holiday in Bournemouth with best value for money ratio. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with a great selection, including a lovely cooked breakfast. Try to get a room away from the road to avoid noise.

We stayed in a cozy double room with our two boys. The hotel’s location was perfect for a family outing, allowing us to take a short stroll to the beach and the Pavilion for an evening show. The kids loved the chocolate-themed decor, especially the sweet treats in the lobby.
In my wife's opinion, a children's menu at breakfast would be great for picky eaters.

Had a fantastic time with friends. We visited the BIC for a concert and enjoyed some lovely evening walks. The room was cozy, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast hit the spot. Don't miss out on their delicious options! Make sure you check out those chocolate nibs at the front desk.
The only downside was the tight parking situation. It can get a bit crowded, so plan to arrive early if you're driving.
